These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player") and z365, the internationally operated online gaming platform accessible at z365.ws. z365 is legally and operationally obligated to provide deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion options to all account holders. Players in Pakistan may activate these tools at any time from account settings — no support approval is required for standard limit changes.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern the entire relationship between you and z365. By accessing the z365 platform, clicking "Register", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on z365, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the z365 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform from time to time.
This Agreement is entered into electronically. Your online acceptance, including ticking a consent checkbox during registration, carries the same legal weight as a written signature to the extent permitted under applicable international law. If you are accessing z365 from Pakistan, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and that you accept sole responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws and regulations governing your access to and use of online gaming services.
z365 operates as an internationally hosted platform. Players access the platform voluntarily and accept all associated obligations at the time of registration. z365 does not solicit players in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service on z365. This minimum age is strictly enforced. z365 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including before approving a withdrawal. Accounts found to be registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any remaining balance reviewed subject to the outcome of the investigation.
Each individual natural person may maintain only one active z365 Account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds in all associated accounts.
z365 serves English-speaking players across Pakistan, including but not limited to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan. Players access z365 at their own discretion and risk in accordance with their personal legal circumstances. z365 does not provide legal advice regarding the permissibility of online gaming in your specific location.
You confirm that you are not suffering from any mental incapacity that would affect your ability to enter into and be bound by a legal agreement, and that you are not registered on any self-exclusion list or similar programme that would prohibit you from accessing online gaming services.
To access the full range of z365 products — including cricket betting, z365 Casino, slots, and Teen Patti 20-20 — you must complete the registration process and create an Account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number (03XX format) or email address, a secure password of your choosing, and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of your Account. z365 relies on the information you provide to process payments, verify identity, and deliver support. Providing false information — including a false name, false age, or another person's mobile number — constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your z365 login details with any other person. You agree to notify z365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our support team. z365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Your z365 Account must be registered in your own legal name as it appears on your CNIC. z365 will not process withdrawals to a bank account, JazzCash number, or EasyPaisa wallet that does not match the registered account holder's name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited in both directions — you may not deposit from or withdraw to an account belonging to another person.
z365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with international anti-money laundering standards. All Players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a clear copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
In addition to CNIC verification, z365 may request proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Pakistani address) and proof of payment method (a screenshot or photograph of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing the registered mobile number matching your z365 account). These documents are requested in limited circumstances and handled under z365's Privacy Policy.
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request being flagged for verification will result in the withdrawal being held pending documentation. KYC is a one-time process for most players — once verified, standard withdrawals process without repeated document submission.
z365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on high-value accounts, accounts showing unusual transaction patterns, or accounts where the source of funds requires clarification under international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) guidelines. Cooperation with enhanced KYC requests is a condition of continued account access.
z365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank transfer, Raast / 1LINK interbank transfer, and USDT/Crypto (TRC-20 and ERC-20). The minimum deposit varies by payment method but starts from Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Deposits are ordinarily credited to your PKR Wallet within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfers may take one to four hours depending on the processing schedule of HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank. z365 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider, your bank, or network congestion beyond our systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are published on the Cashier page of your z365 Account. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five to thirty minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to four business hours. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 5.
All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on z365 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z365 does not charge fees on standard JazzCash or EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer fees, if any, are determined by your bank and are your responsibility. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network gas fees which will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Important: z365 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending security review or KYC verification. A withdrawal will not be processed until the Player's identity has been satisfactorily verified. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met is strictly prohibited and will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the withdrawal amount.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to the general bonus policy outlined in this section.
Bonus Funds credited to your PKR Wallet carry a wagering requirement that must be fully satisfied before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount, unless the promotion page states otherwise. Progress toward meeting wagering requirements can be tracked in the Bonus Centre section of your z365 Account dashboard.
Not all games on z365 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games, including Baccarat and Blackjack, typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Certain games may be entirely excluded from wagering contribution. The full game contribution table is published in the bonus terms on each promotion page. Bets placed on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count toward the wagering requirement.
z365 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, balanced, or hedged bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation systems. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended at z365's sole discretion.
Unclaimed bonuses and Bonus Funds that have not been used within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion) will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or compensated.
All bets and wagers placed on z365 — whether on cricket markets, live casino tables at z365 Casino, slots, Teen Patti 20-20, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules governing that product, which are published within the relevant game or sports betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to bet settlement only; all other aspects of this Agreement remain in full force.
z365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed platform risk limits, bets placed using credentials suspected to be compromised, bets placed during technical faults, or bets placed on markets that have been incorrectly priced due to a manifest error. In the case of a manifest pricing error, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to your PKR Wallet.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or in-play bet on z365, game round outcomes are determined by the result recorded on the relevant game server at the time of disconnection. z365 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, mobile network interruptions, or device failures on the Player's side.
PSL and international cricket betting on z365 is governed by Cricinfo / ICC rule definitions for match and innings outcomes. In-play markets are suspended during wickets, rain delays, and other significant event stoppages. Abandoned match policies follow standard cricket betting rules: matches abandoned before the official result threshold result in all pre-match bets being voided, with stakes returned to PKR Wallets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on z365 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement. z365 maintains automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Discovery of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
Enforcement: z365 will not enter into negotiation over accounts closed for Prohibited Conduct. Forfeiture of balances in accounts closed for Prohibited Conduct is final. Players who believe a closure was applied in error have the right to raise a formal dispute under Section 16 of this Agreement.
z365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products available to Pakistani players. We believe that gambling should remain an entertainment activity and that every Player should have the tools they need to keep it that way. The following Responsible Gaming tools are available to all z365 Account holders and can be activated at any time from the Account Settings page without contacting support.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Once your chosen limit is reached, further deposits are automatically blocked until the period resets. Increasing a deposit limit takes 24 hours to take effect. Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately.
Players may set a net loss threshold per day or per week. When tracked losses reach the cap, access to real-money games is suspended automatically until the relevant period resets.
Players may configure a maximum gaming session duration. An on-screen countdown and notification remind you when your chosen session limit is approaching.
Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 months, or permanent self-exclusion from z365. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business hour and cover all z365 products simultaneously. During a self-exclusion period, marketing communications from z365 are also suspended. Players who wish to reactivate an Account after a cooling-off period must submit a written request and may be subject to a 24-hour waiting period.

All content on the z365 platform — including but not limited to the z365 brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of z365 or its licensed third-party suppliers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without z365's prior written consent.
Game content provided by third-party game studios — including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, PG Soft, and others — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to z365 for display on the platform. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use game content solely for personal entertainment purposes within the z365 platform environment.
z365 collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted during account registration and KYC verification — including your name, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC details, and transaction records — in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the z365 Privacy Policy in its current form.
Your personal data is used to operate your Account, process payments, verify identity, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable international AML and KYC obligations. z365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banking partners) on a strictly need-to-know basis to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z365, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the z365 platform, including but not limited to:
z365's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to z365 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits z365's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by z365 itself.
z365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability for Pakistani players across all products, we make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.
z365 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used for Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9; the Account holder's identity or age cannot be confirmed; the Account is subject to a payment dispute or chargeback investigation; or the Account poses a security, fraud, or AML risk to the platform or other Players.
Following investigation, z365 may permanently close an Account for material breaches of this Agreement. Where an Account is closed for Prohibited Conduct, any balance remaining — including real-money PKR funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, verified real-money funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following KYC verification.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting z365 support. Before closing an Account voluntarily, any remaining PKR Wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
z365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Agreement — including changes to bonus policy, withdrawal processing times, or Player obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at z365.ws/terms-conditions, with the effective date indicated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the z365 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the amendment date.
This Agreement is governed by international online gaming law and the terms of z365's operating licence. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of z365 — including disputes relating to bet settlement, bonus application, withdrawal processing, or Account closure — the following process applies:
In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to z365 support via the live chat function or by writing to the support email address listed in Section 17. Please include your registered mobile number, a description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers. z365 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with z365's internal response to your complaint, you may request escalation to a senior review panel within z365's compliance team. The panel's decision on matters of bet settlement and Account action is final within the internal process. z365 will notify you of the panel outcome within 10 business days of escalation being requested.
Any dispute, claim, or complaint relating to a specific transaction, bet, or Account action must be submitted within 90 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered by z365.
